If you entered your data for earlier in the week you may have had trouble getting into the survey again. Thanks to the wonderful Steve Cauffman for figuring out that I had inadvertently set it to take only one response per library. It should be fixed now. Thanks for your patience. If you continue to have problems, feel free to email me your results.
We will keep the survey open through next Tuesday to give you another couple of days to enter your data.
