Survey Concerning the Policies of Using Interlibrary Loan for Collection Development

Dear Librarian:

I am a student in the Masters of Library Science program at Southern Connecticut State University. As part of my degree requirement I am conducting a survey on ILL services, use ILL for collection development, and satisfaction with the current service.

I would like to request your help by asking that you complete the attached questionnaire. Please check the most appropriate response from a short list of possible replies; some ask you to write a few words. The survey takes less than 15 minutes to complete.

Participation is voluntary. [This research has been reviewed under the Human Research Protection Program, Institutional Review Board at Southern Connecticut State University (Protocol 07-##).] If you wish to receive the result of this investigation, please make a note of it in the electronic survey.

Many thanks for taking the time to complete this survey. Here is the link.
