If you have any library items returned to you from the Patient Resource Library, Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center, please know that these items can be returned through C-car. You can use ReQuest to print off a shipping label. You will see that the shipping label will direct my items to the Middletown Library Service Center # A-108, Attention Patient Resource Library.
