Assuring a reQuest ILL does not come back as Retry

Attn: Libraries using reQuest ILL:

FYI - The following reQuest ILL Will Not Supply ‘reasons’ will guarantee that the same request does not come back to the lending library as a Retry:
* Lost
* Non-circulating
* Not Owned
In other words, if you don’t ever want to see that request again, you could use “Will Not Supply” and add one of those three reasons.

Also note that you can add a History Note to the ILL if you wish to give the library more information on why you are not filling the request.
