No. Joining Lyrasis does not impact any existing sharing agreements. Many Lyrasis libraries participate in reciprocal borrowing agreements within their local region. NELINET already supports such similar reciprocal borrowing agreements. Any decision to expand such agreements will have to be made by the group in question.
