reQuest ILL Glitch

From Steve at iConn:

There is a glitch in reQuest ILL. When you use the “Request this item” form for any title that begins with a quotation mark, you will receive an error message telling you to  “Please specify title information” when you hit the Submit button.

This is a known glitch and Auto-Graphics will be fixing it in a future release.

Until it is repaired, you can use the “Blank Request” form. While you have the “Request this item” form up and on your screen, click the “Blank Request” form and copy/paste the bibliographic information and lender list from the “Request this item” form into the blank form. When you paste the Title, just make sure to delete initial quotation mark. You can then Submit and Approve/Send the request that you created using the blank form.
