reQuest problem with patrons tracking ILL requests

Attn: Those using reQuest ILL

There is a known issue in the statewide catalog that prevents patrons from tracking their ILL requests. When they attempt to track they receive a “Microsoft VBScript runtime error.”

Auto-Graphics is aware of the issue and working on a fix that’s targeted for release in July. I will let you know when I get official word that it has been corrected.
