Report missed stops on C-Car Rte: A

As we are dealing with a tremendous unexpected vendor backlog, we are requesting that any previous “A” ROUTE  library who was not receiving regular scheduled service from Avant (service including pickups and deliveries) during the time period December 15th 2015, through March 15th, 2016 that you notify us as soon as possible. Avant is paid per stop, a stop is only complete if you received a pickup as well as a delivery.

A partial stop is either a pick up or a delivery, but not both.Connecticar

 

Many libraries used the Libguide contact form to report lack of service, but we are concerned that some missed service has not been reported. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. We appreciate your assistance in this matter.
