Update from the State Library: deliverIT CT

deliverITFrom Ken Wiggin, State Librarian:

It has been four weeks since the State Library took over all of the delivery routes. At this time approximately 65% of the routes are without backlogs. Over the next few weeks, Walt Magnavice will be out on selected routes to assess residual backlogs and will continue to make route adjustments as necessary. Dawn, Walt and I are continuing to meet to assess the situation.
The deliverIT CT Sustainability Task Force will issue a communication next week with interim recommendations for short term sustainability.
